Le Paludier unrefined grey sea salt is cultivated from a pristine clean shore. Ecologically hand harvested using wooden tools in Guerande-Brittany France in the ancient Celtic tradition.

The seawater, after passing through a series of canals, evaporates on natural clay beds where it is gently raked into piles and dried slowly in the sun. This superior salt is unlike any you have ever tasted!

Unrefined sea salt is far superior to ordinary refined table salt, which has been stripped away of minerals and trace elements and contains additives such as aluminum silicate to keep it powdery and porous. Aluminum is very toxic and is implicated as one of the primary causes of Alzheimer’s disease.

Suggested Use
