Seize the day with this power infused antioxidant rich protein shake!Ingredients
1 cup of vanilla almond milk
2 heaping Tbsp of Goat whey protein powder
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
2 Tbsp of pumpkin seeds
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 Tbsp of extra virgin coconut oil
Note: Whenever possible, choose local, organic ingredients.
Directions
1. Grind up pumpkin seeds in a coffee grinder to a fine powder.
2. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium speed for 30 seconds or until desired consistency.
3. Pour and serve in a large glass.
